		<description>Hey Vadim, thanks for checking in! I have been making good progress on the work resolution :-) and family life is significantly better too.  I find myself less distracted with work in the evenings and weekends. I think the change of work atmosphere allowed me to adjust my attitude (workaholism).

Now to your question.  I am sleeping a little better. Eating much better thanks to an iPhone app called Lose It! Which makes you aware of your calorie intakes. Exercise wise I am not working out with regularity yet but  I now have a much more positive attitude towards exercise. Instead of avoiding activity I seek it. I bike and swim and hike mostly. I still find the gym a depressing choice so I do very little there.

I have lost 9lbs since The last day at Angel.</description>

I just wanted to make sure that you are honest to some of your resolutions, well, at least the one that I care for.  In particular I wanted to see if you are working out, eating and sleeping well.</description>
